Holidays in Obergurgl-Hochgurgl

Arriving at the hotel
Rooms are available from 2.00pm at the earliest on the day of arrival.

Baggage storage
Guests who want to go skiing on their day of depature are welcome to store their baggage in our baggageroom.

Bank
Guests will also find two cash machines in Obergurgl and one next to the cable car in Hochgurgl.

Bath robes and bath slippers
Bath robes and bath slippers are available from reception.

Children
Please be aware that guests wishing to use the "Ötzibadl" must be at least 16 years of age.

Leaving the hotel
Guests are requested to leave their rooms by 10.30am on the day of depature. Please be aware that failure to leave the room by 10.30am on the day of depature will result in a surcharge. Guests are welcome to use our spa facilities on the day of depature for a fee of €25.

Mobile telephones
Please do not use mobile telephones in the dining area and the spa area of the hotel.

Pets & Dogs
Please enquire in advance before bringing your pet on holiday with you. Pets are not allowed into the hotel's breakfast area. For dogs we calculate € 25,-- per dog and day.

Safe
Please keep all valuables in the safe in your room (key avilable from reception). The hotel assumes no liability.

Short stay: For stays shorter than 4 nights, there is a surcharge of €10,- per person per day.

Shuttle
Our hotel's private shuttle service does not operate while the ski buses are running. However, we will be pleased to provide a shuttle service for all guests who wish to travel to Obergurgl when the ski bus is not running.

Ski bus timetable
The ski buses run every 10 minutes. Timetables are available from reception.

Ski school
We cooperate with the Obergurgl Ski School and the Hochgurgl Ski School. Information material is available in the hotel.

Sunbed
Please visit reception to purchase the special coins needed to operate the sunbed. Each coin costs €8 and lasts 20 minutes.

Travel insurance

If you want to be protected against the unexpected, you can take advantage of our travel insurance partner Europäische Reiseversicherung.
