Arrival/Departure:
On the day of your departure, we would ask that you check out by 10 a.m. On the day of your arrival, your rooms will be ready at 2 p.m.
Single room surcharge: € 10.00 to € 30.00 per night
New Year's Eve party surcharge: obligatory € 68.00 per person
Pets:
With consideration to people with allergies, pets are not allowed. We hope you'll understand.
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, early departure or late arrival we'll charge 80% of the entire amount due. STANDARD BUSINESS CONDITIONS for the hotel business (AGBH) 2006 apply.
To avoid cancellation fees and irratation, we recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance. No refund for meals not taken
Short stay
For short stays up to 4 days we charge an additional Euro 10.00 per person and per night.
Reservation:
A reservation is binding upon receiving a deposit of 400 Euro per room.
